Entourage rules

My rules from Entourage 2004 work very sporadically in 2008. If a dozen e-mails come in, perhaps 7 or 8 will be correctly processed to the appropriate folder; the others will just stay in the inbox. Sometimes, if manually choose "Apply Rules" they will work; sometimes this only works after the message has been read.

None of the outgoing rules seems to be working; everything just goes to "Sent items".

All these rules have been working for years in 2004, and most are of the pretty simple "if the sender contains @xxx then move to the xxx folder" variety.

During the upgrade of the database from 2004 to 2008, the folder IDs in
Entourage were pooched. It's a pain, but you'll need to edit each rule
and reselect the folders.
