Exchange When saving a Word document, I choose Save As, but cannot seem
to select a specific folder I wish to save into. Any ideas>?
Testing in a new User will quickly tell you if the problem is system
wide or if it’s your User’s folder that contains the problem.
Drag a test message to the Shared folder for testing.
Go to System Preferences --> Create a New User in Accounts. Switch to
the New User by logging out/in or use Fast User Switching.
Open Entourage (no need to setup Identity)
Drag from Shared the test message and see if you can save.
If yes, then see this link to test your User's account.
