I'm running Exchange on Small Business Server 2003 - a straight "out of the
box" configuration. We have one Mac user (he's the GM, so he can get away
with it...) who wants to use Entourage, connect to Exchange, etc. The
Entourage version has the appropriate Exchange connector.
I've followed the set up instructions detailed in
http://entourage.mvps.org/exchange/exchangeatwork.html, as well as KB931350,
and have had no luck getting connected to exchange. I can see public
folders, but not create them. I don't get any of the usual mailbox folders
and when I try to send a message via the Exchange account (he's got others
configured as well) I get either a message about HTTP errors, an error
#-18597 or -18500.
I've checked network configuration - no problems with pinging the Exchange
server, name resolution, etc. I configured Kerberos authentication and this
seemed to work fine. Mailbox login logging is turned up to the max but I'm
not seeing anything. Oh, and when trying to access OWA using a browser I
get errors because the SBS is using a self-signed cert.
I'd really appreciate any suggestions....
Thanks,
