Entourage SLOW to startup

It takes Entourage 2008 12.1.3 over 1 minute and thirty seconds to start is
this normal for everyone?
Any way to speed it up?
MacBook Pro 2.4 GHz, 4GB RAM

I just checked and it was 24 seconds for me. IMac 1.83 GHz Intel Core Duo,
Memory 2GB, Mac OS 10.5.5

It was Suitcase. After I disabled Suitcase at startup, Entourage was loaded
in 20+ seconds.

I just checked and it was 24 seconds for me. IMac 1.83 GHz Intel Core Duo,
Memory 2GB, Mac OS 10.5

My Office 2008 applications, including Entourage 12.1.2, was very slow
to open compared to the older Office 2004 applications. Just a few days
ago I updated Office 2008 using Office2008-1213UpdateEN.dmg and
all applications seem to open faster. Entourage now opens in less than
10 seconds on this Intel 2.4 GHz iMac with 2GB and OSX 10.5.5.

There was nothing in the published docs from MS about speeding up
the loading; however, the patch, update or whatever seemed to speed up
the opening for me.

I am not complaining....10 seconds is no big deal compared to the dog
it was with 12.1.2.
