Entourage steals Hotmail messages...UNSOLVED problem

There are several people on this forum having problems with their
Hotmail accounts in Entourage 2004.

Basically, for no apparent reason, Entourage begins grabbing Hotmail
messages and downloading them to the master Inbox (not the inbox for
the Hotmail account). All messages are then mysteriously moved into the
"Deleted Items" folder on Hotmail when you login through the web.

This is driving me crazy. I'm about to ditch Hotmail altogether and go
with a Gmail account.

Why hasn't anyone solved this, or Microsoft answered all of these
people?
