Entourage stopped filtering junk mail

Hi there,

I have a problem with Entourage junk mail protection. A couple of days
ago I noticed that the mail that usually went to junk mail folder
started appearing in my usual mailbox. At that time my protection
level was set to high. The strange thing is that none of the mails are
going to junk mail folder anymore. I have tried all the protection
levels but nothing seems to make a difference. Even the exclusive
protection level doesn't help. Can anyone help me with this problem?

I have 2 months old Macbook and I have Office student 2004 on it.

You must have a rule that is moving the message. The most likely culprit is
the Mailing List Manager (MLM). It's very easy to set up a MLM rule by
accident, when you are marking a message as 'not junk'. The wording of that
dialog is ambiguous to say the least. Check if there is an MLM entry (look
for MLM entries under the tools menu) with the incorrect destination folder
as the target folder. Mailing List Manager rules run before your other
rules.

Thank you for your help. The MLM rule was indeed the cause of my
problems. I deleted the rule and now all the junk is going to junk
mail again.
