We have a small corporate environment using Entourage 12.2.1, most of them (but not all) will randomly stop receiving new mail messages in entourage approximately once a month. Everything else within entourage works, they see old emails, they can send, use calendar etc; just not receive new messages. The new messages appear on the exchange, but not in entourage. Creating new databases or everything else we've tried to get entourage to receive the new messages doesnt work. The only method that works so far is emptying the cache for the inbox; it then pulls down all the email down again including the new ones and will continue receiving new email until it stops again randomly in the future. Some of our users experience this behavior once a week and it is becoming a problem. Does anyone know the root cause of this problem, and how it could be corrected?
