Entourage stops responding to keyboard

QUICK SETUP: Boss is only Mac user on an otherwise PC-based network
running Exchange Server. She's using MS Office for Mac, including
Entourage, & all emails & contacts are connected to the Exchange
server. She has the new Powerbook running Leopard.

PROBLEM: From time to time, with no noticeable pattern, Entourage
will stop responding to the keyboard - she cannot type in email
fields, task list fields, etc. Saving the email as draft, closing the
window & reopening the email again can solve the problem. However,
she's frustrated with the extra steps that have to be taken.

So am I since I don't know what to tell her except reboot Entourage!!

Any ideas?
