Entourage strange junk problem

Hi,

My co-worker got some very strange problem with her Entourage IMAP account.

1. When she reply a certain mailadress (that is in her adressbook) it don´t
move to "sent items" but to junk box. When she then mark it "this is not
junk mail" it then moves to the inbox.

1. She have now turned off the junkmail protection totally in Entourage. But
when i assign a mail to a category it turns into junkmail, but only for
certain catergorys. Further on all mail from the one adress that making the
trouble described above always change to "junk mail" when she assign it to
any category.

Therre is no rules, whatsoever made in her Entourage.

Hi Per,

there may very well be no traditional rules (under Tools>Rules), but be
sure to check the Mailing List Manager (Tools>Mailing List Manager) for
additional rules that could be moving the messages. If there are any
rules in the MLM which your co-worker does not remember creating,
disable or delete them and see if the problem is still there.

Hi,

I have checked the mailing list manager aswell. Nothing there.

I guess we can rebuild the database. But then all her created categories
will be delted. And that´s some hour work to remake them.

Which version of Entourage are you using? In Entourage 2008, a database
rebuild should preserve categories.

I have checked the mailing list manager aswell. Nothing there.

Did you look under Rules then the IMAP tab?

If this is only an IMAP account, I would just create a new Identity in
Entourage and sync back up to the account.
