Entourage Sync Mac to Mac

Hi All,

I currently use MacBook Pro (2006) and is about to purchase MacBook Air. I would like to transfer emails and folders from Entourage in MacBook Pro over to MacBook Air and sync daily/weekly usage.

Please advise.

It's all in the Microsoft User Data folder in your account folder
(~/Documents)

If you use the migration assitant to migrate your account over towards
the new Mac, it shoudl all automatically get where it belongs,
