I was syncing ok between Entourage and my Palm device. When I replaced
my Palm device, I updated the Palm Desktop and hotsync with the
provided software.
I started having problems with duplicates even though I have all of the
traditional conduits turned off *except* for the Entourage Conduit.
Now the latest is there are no duplicates but everything prior to March
2006 in my Calendar on computer #2 (Outlook) and in the Palm was
removed, but is still in compuer #1, with Entourage.
Since the pre-March 2006 Calendar entries are still in Entourage, I
tried a one time "Entourage overwrites handheld" on the Calendar (a
couple of times), but the Palm is still not picking up the missing
entries.
Also retried the two way sync after that with same results.
This involves entries that originated in both computer #1
(MAC/Entourage) and #2 (PC/Outlook).
Entourage Conduit is also set to "enable synchronization with newer
handhelds."
Suggestions? Thanks
