Entourage to Exchange Server to Blackberry out of sync

Hi,
I know I have asked this before but that was nearly a year ago and since then we have upgraded just about everything and tried a bunch of things and still have the problem: when you delete (move or file) mail messages from the Entourage inbox they do not sync with the Blackberry inbox instead they remain in the Blackberry inbox ie the sync does not work properly.

I am running the latest Entourage 12.1.5, we have just installed the latest Exchange Server 2008 and are running the latest (reinstalled) Blackberry Enterprise Server. We only have 2 out of 100 or so Blackberry users using Entourage and it happens with both users.

I have been told that Entourage deletes the message ID from the Exchange Server record which the Blackberry Enterprise Server requires in order to perform it's part of the sync...

Does anyone else have this problem and has anyone got a solution?

What you are describing is the way BlackBerry BIS works. That's what I
use. In terms of BlackBerry BES, I'm guessing from your post that the
other 98 out of 100 users use Outlook. I'm also guessing that the sync
works in their case. Possibly someone else here who uses BES might be
able to describe their experience but what you just outlined is what
I'm used to and know that's the way it works with BIS.

Using an Outlook client the sync works perfectly ie there is a difference between the way Entourage works (or doesn't work).

And by the way we are using Blackberry Enterprise Server (BES not BIS).
