Entourage to Outlook

How do I:
1) Assign tasks from Outlook (PC) to Entourage (iMac) uers. Right now, all
they get is a text message, and

2) How do transfer Entourage Tasks to Outlook, keeping all of the
assingments that I have in Entourage.
