Entourage to Outlook

Hello

I currently use a Microsoft product called Entourage (version 10) on my
Apple Mac which is like Outlook.

I wish to transfer all my addresses and emails etc onto my new PC and use
Outlook (part of Office Small Business edition 2003) there for my mail
instead.

The Mac does not have a pst file or such like (I know where the data files
are though), does anyone know how to migrate everything please

Hi Warren!

Both Entourage and Outlook will connect to an Exchange server, which I
believe is included with an SBS server. (Or any IMAP account will work for
you.) If you're planning to use Exchange, you can simply connect Entourage
to your Exchange server, create new mail folders on the server and then copy
your old messages into the new mail folders.

These new mail folders will then be available when you connect with Outlook.

If you can't transfer your contacts this way, Entourage will also allow you
to export them to a tab-delimited text file, which can be imported into
Outlook.
