Entourage / Treo 600 Sync problem (Caller ID)

I've noticed that any contact that is added to my Treo 600 from
Entourage via the Entourage X HotSync conduit, caller ID will not work
with that contact.

If I make any edit to a contact on my phone, it will then display
caller ID on the Treo. However, if that record is edited in Entourage
afterwards, I'm back to the problem.

Has anyone experienced this?
I'm considering exploring other conduits (ie. MissingSync).
