Entourage Unexpectedly Quits - PDF?

Hi;

This is Entourage 2004 (11.3.3) on a new MacBook. Entourage
unexpectedly quits, either with the dialogue or it's just gone. We
"think" we have narrowed it down to emails with pdf attachments coming
from a Samsung MFP device. This of course was not a problem on the
users previous Windows/Outlook based system. Any ideas?

I'm guessing it could be a caches issue for fonts.
