Entourage Update

Greetings all,

I am a new Mac owner, but not a new Mac user.

However, this problem makes me feel like a kindergarten-er (but even then,
they would know the answer). I recently ran the Microsoft Updater for my
Office 2004 suite. When I reopened Entourage, I discovered that my emails
and my calendar (more upset about the calendar than emails), had vanished
into thin air.

I have found NO help anywhere, and cannot seem to locate the files or
anything to restore these things. HELP!?
