Having used Entourage since if first came out I often use the categories, and projects to manage my projects. I often link Calendar events to specific PDF files and often use the project center. My brother has a huge project coming up with various events the interweave throughout time. I have told him how easy it is to link PDF files with calendar events. He and his administrative assistant insist that it is not possible to link PDF files to Calendar Events in Outlook. He also says that projects, categories, and project center are not available. Could anyone answer the question about the ability to link PDF files to Calendar events in Outlook as compared to Entourage?
Thanks very much in advance, I appreciate it.

Hi Ben!

You're correct. You can link files to Outlook messages and calendar
events although doing so is different from Entourage.

In Outlook you would click in the body of the message and then click the
Hyperlink button under the Insert tab (assuming you're using Outlook
2007). Hyperlinks can link not only to websites but to files on a
computer or server.

The Project Center is unique to Entourage but Outlook does have
categories. Right-click an item and select Categorize...

Hope this helps!
