Entourage v.X and public calendar on xchng 2K

I have Exchange 2K running on Windows 2K and users use
Entourage v.X on Mac OS X.

1. How can I let the users see the public calendar on
Exchange 2K in the calendar view instead of the e-mail
items view used by Entourage by default?

2. How can users creat, edit their own appointments on
the public calendar instead of the local one?
