I have long used Outlook and am trying my best to upgrade to Entourage on my imac. First I am trying to use colors to apply to incoming mail so that important emails are clearly obvious. I have tried to use the organize tool to color these people in the address book from entourage, and hope they come into the inbox in color. That doesn't work. I have colored them in the inbox and that still doesn't work. Any suggestions? I still want to be able to view my incoming mail by date.

In Entourage preferences --> Address Book ˆ the options under the Messages
section.

Rather than having everything come into your Inbox, you can use Rules to
help organize your emails. Examples will help get you started. You can ask
