Entourage will not accept password

Operating System: Mac OS X 10.4 (Tiger)
Processor: Intel
Email Client: Exchange

I have a user who's Entourage keeps telling him he has entered an incorrect password. I know his password is correct, he can log into XP with it.

I can ping the domain controller and the mailbox server from his Mac. He does not have anything stored in his keyring.

Is there anything else I can check before I completely trash office and reinstall it?

Check to see if his Keychain is locked.
