Entourage will simply not launch

Email Client: Exchange

even before updating to Snow leopard. Entourage will not launch. worked perfect for a couple years and then it simply would hang on the launch window.

Create a new Identity in Entourage. Enter your Exchange account info and let
Entourage sync back up to your account.

Do you have mail that is in folders "On My Computer"? If yes, we can discuss
exporting that data for import into the new Identity.
