Is there a way to use Entourage for resource booking with Exchange
2007? Auto Accept Agent did the job with Exchange 2003.

What do you mean? You can schedule events and invite people to them.
You can even see the availability of people you have invited to an
event.

While I haven't tested Entourage 2004 with Exchange 2007 to book
resources, the functionality lies on the Exchange Server and not with
Entourage. Have you upgraded the resource mailboxes?

Hope this helps! bill

Yes I know about the functionality on the server and I know that the
Exchange 2007 does have the auto accept included. However, the version
2007 has a room mailbox and if I understood correctly, Outlook uses
the "Resource" field which Entourage does not have. With AutoAccept
Agent this was no problem, I just invited the room as one of the
participants and got a response from the resource mailbox but is it a
problem with Exchange 2007 or not?. I have not made any installations
yet as I would like to hear if someone has already experiences about
this.
