Entourage with exchange tasks public folder

Email Client: Exchange

Hallo,
My company utilizes Exchange 2007 sp 1 with about 50 outlook 2007/2003/2000 clients and 10 Entourage 2008/2004 for mac users.
Mails, Calendar, Contacts work very well but Notes and Tasks have problems: we have created a tasks public folder and entourage users can not access into, it's grayed.
That is a real big problem because mac users can not reach public forlders through web browser (Safari,Firefox,ecc..) also, (outlook web access light doesn't support pubblic folders).
Is Microsoft planning to solve this issue?

Thanks.
Francesco.

Currently, Microsoft does not support Tasks and Notes with Exchange and
they only support mail, calendar and contacts with public folders.

Please be sure to let Microsoft know you'd like to see this feature in
future versions by using the Help --> Send Feedback mechanism in any
Office application.

We have about 1500 users using PC and 100 users using MacBook. Mac users can't see Public Folders. It's a pain for many IT Admin. Microsoft needs to have this feature add on for Safari and Firefox.

to your own problem -- no matter how similar to someone else's -- then

Entourage does support public folders, just not all types of content as
Outlook. I'm not sure what Outlook and Firefox have to do with Entourage
and public folders.

If this doesn't answer your question then begin a new thread with
details of your own problem, include your software versions and what
you've tried already to fix the problem.
