I'm still not sure why Microsoft decided to leave out this little option to publish free/busy onto a local server. i was hoping maybe someone has some kind of script or application that would extend this to this product. Ive done searches with no results. Seems like entourage will only allow it with an exchange server which we do not use. From our windows outlook we publish out free/busy on a local server that we can all read and share. Except for the mac users.

If its an option in outlook 2002, how is it not an option for the mac 2008?

Thank you.

First, keep in mind that Entourage is not a port of Outlook to the Mac.
Entourage was a product that existed without any Exchange support and
then included Exchange support when Outlook for Mac was discontinued by
the Exchange Server group at Microsoft.

I'm not sure of the feature you mention in Outlook for Windows but
Entourage does have a File --> Save as Web Page... feature when viewing
the calendar. While it's not interactive it does allow you to post your
calendar in HTML format to a web server.

Please be sure to let Microsoft know you'd like to see this feature in
future versions by using the Help --> Send Feedback mechanism in any
Office application.

Hope this helps!
