Entourage won't allow NOT leaving messages on server

Under all our accounts (imported from Outlook initially, but we've tried creating new accounts too), the "leave a copy of messages on server" box is clear (unchecked) and gray (uncheckable). But every email we receive leaves a copy on the server. The accounts we imported into Entourage were not leaving messages on the server. If we create a new account, that option is gray just the same, but checked. Either way, we have to manually delete the messages from the server. Any idea what's causing this?

Are you using the full version of Entourage, or just the Test Drive/preview?

The Test Drive version is designed to keep your mail on the server in case
you decide not to stick with Entourage, so you don't lose your mail.

Thank you! Mystery solved. I suspected as much, but, for example, when I tried to print off of the test version of Word, it gave me a notice telling me that that isn't available with the test version, and I couldn't figure out why I didn't get a parallel message from Entourage about leaving messages on the server. Wouldn't that make sense?

Thanks again. I swear, I did read the Read Me file for the Test Drive all the way through trying to figure that out, but I couldn't find any mention of it.
