Entourage won't print

Greetings,

Can't get Entourage to print, using either Apple "P" or the Print option in
the menu. Get the little spinning beach ball of death and then have to
force quit Entourage as it's "not responding." Would sincerely appreciate
any suggestions.

Create a new Identity in Entourage and try test printing a message there. If
it prints OK then this indicates database corruption. If it does not print
there, then create a new User in System Preferences and test there. If you
are still having problems printing in the new User this indicates system
wide problems.

Let me know what you find.

Diane,

I tried your suggestion and set up a new User. A confusing process since
the SetUp Assistant couldn't find info but had already set up the account on
my test user. That would print. So I went back to my original user and it
also worked again. I had previously checked my database and it verified
correct. Not sure what was going on, but it's back working.

Isn't that the way things are supposed to work? You take your car to
the shop and it will invariably stop making all of the strange sounds.
