Entourage won't retrieve new email from Exchange server

I've been using Entourage with my corporate Exchange server without issues until yesterday, when I stopped receiving new email. Entourage connects and updates my inbox, calendar, etc., but no new email appears.

I do see my email on Outlook, my blackberry, and using outlook web access (OWA).

I've rebooted my Mac and checked to make sure i'm not filtering my email - is there anything else i should check? Since Entourage hits the same server as OWA, the problem would seem to be there rather than at the server level, unless my IT department has blocked a port or something like that.

Control-click your Inbox and choose Folder Properties > Empty Cache.
