Entourage won't stay off!

Operating System: Mac OS X 10.4 (Tiger)
Processor: intel
Email Client: pop

When i shut down entourage it comes right back on.... no matter how i do it. normal shut down, force quit, doesn't matter. it has taken over!! any suggestions?

Do you have some sort of third party application that's trying to use
Entourage to send mail or open Entourage so that it can populate its
calendar?

Are you receiving notifications that Microsoft Entourage has
unexpectedly quit? The Microsoft Error Reporting tool has an option to
immediately launch Entourage after sending the error report. You can
uncheck that option.

MenuCalendarClock can launch Entourage every time it checks for events
(whether or not you have set are any events for Entourage). Other possible
culprits: EntourageABMenu, Quicksilver, LaunchBar, iKey, Keyboard Maestro.
