Entourage x calendar font size printing problems

I am using an imac with OSX 10.3 Panther and printing to Canon i960
printer. I have Office X installed and decided to start using the
calendar in Entourage since I use Outlook Calendar at work. I input
all my appointments and etc. into the calendar and in the month view
they all look good on the screen and I can read all the appointments
and events that I are shown in each of the days squares of the
calendar. When I print out copies of the calendar in month view all
the Appointments and events are cutoff in each day square on the
monthly calendar (font size is to big and not what is shown on
computer screen). I have read all the help files and tried all the
settings on the program in page set up, general preferences and etc.
and can't find any that works to change the font print size for the
appointments and events shown on my calendar pages. Does anyone have
any other suggestions, could it be the printer drivers that is causing
this problem?? Please help as I am frustrated after spending all the
time to input the info and now I can not print our a usable copy for
distribution.
