Rules file is corrupt. Entourage does not open. Now what?

The Rules file is located at Documents > Microsoft User Data > Office
(version) Identities > (your identity) > Rules. Quit Entourage, move the
file to the Desktop, and relaunch Entourage to re-create it. See if that
works.
