I keep on getting a message saying Mail could not be received at this time. The server account returned the error "IN-USE ACCOUNT IS LOCKED BY ANOTHER SESSION OR FOR MAINTENANCE, TRY AGAIN.
It goes on to say that my username/password or security setttings may be incorrect. Would you like to try re-entering your password.

No matter what I do this keeps coming up. Any suggestions?

How long has this been happening? Who is your ISP? This is most likely an
ISP problem, and not an Entourage problem per se.

For example, I get that message occasionally when att.net is doing
maintenance on my account. Is it possible that the account is in fact in use
by another computer or a webmail access?

and JR - I contacted my ISP server and after about 30 minutes, they agreed
the problem was at their end - and then it was fixed.
