I have already asked this question in a different format but here goes again.

Will Entourage 11.4.0 work with parental controls turned on using the Leopard 10.5.4 OS?

I confess I am not familiar with the Mac OS' Parental Controls. Can you be
more specific about what exactly you're trying to accomplish (or prevent)?

I am trying to use parental controls while using Entourage. It worked in Tiger and now it does not. I am using Parental controls for 30 misbehaving users. Give it a try and see if you can get it to work.

How if we are the only user?

I would ask on the Apple discussions groups. This is not a feature in
Entourage AFAIK. Can you explain exactly how you used this feature with
Entourage in Tiger?

This seems a strange way for a company to manage users on Exchange, or do
you have 30 children?

As to how if we are the only user: If you are connecting to an exchange server with and entourage client turn on Parental controls on the Mac user account and let me know if you can still connect to exchange?

I manually created the account so the main identity is new with no carry over settings.
I went to the mac site and downloaded and installed updates.
