I have set my e mail account to entourage. I have used it 2 weeks but now it is writing as "The POP server returned an unexpected reply to a command that Entourage issued." when I pushed Send Receive button. I need help about this.

Was it working then stopped? Did you download and install the Safari 4 beta?
I've seen reports where the Safari beta caused problems with downloading
messages.

Another possible solution is your server upgraded the security software on
their server and now requires you to authenticate. They should have notified
you, but we've had lots of reports where they were not notified. They should
have the correct SMTP setting posted including authentication on their
website.

The next time you get the error take a screenshot so you can type out
exactly what it says and if there is a number for the error. All Entourage
generated errors get a descriptive text as well as the error number.
However, if you get an error number without descriptive text, it's coming
either from a mail server or the Operating System or some other application
not from Entourage.
