Entourage2004 /Exchange 2003 interaction problem

Hi, here we are network administrator with Exchange 2003 Server and Entourage
2004 and users.
Sometimes some users show a problem with their entourage 2004: " the server
can not floodfill the request/Http Error".
All ok in Exchange
They ask about me and the day after the problem desappeared and i have fear
about configuration/user ambiguity.

Someone could inform me.

If your users are getting their mail then your configuration is correct.
You can do no more to make it more correct or to relieve problems.

The more likely cause of the problem is either a network issue or your
server itself.
