Entries are not added to source table.

I have a VERY simple form: Add Customer

The box for customer entry works fine...but the entry is not saved to the
table. I don't see anything preventing it from doing so.

Any ideas?

Your description didn't include any information about the underlying table.

What is the Control Source for the form? Do you have control sources for
the controls in the form? Do they connect to the fields in the table?

My apologies.

Actually, the newbie in me was taking so long finding the problem that I
just created the source table from scratch, renaming the original, and saving
the new one to the original name. Then, I deleted the one that didn't work.

It's fine now. I will, in the future, not panic...and try other solutions
before I post. Sorry for wasting your time.
