Entrouge Mail

I have been having a recent and frequent problem with Entorouge for
Mac 2004, Update 11.3.6. I consistently received the same error and
most recently all the time. At first, I was receiving and sending
mail without any problem through Entrouge, but most recently I have
received the same error everytime I click on the send/receive button
or the automatic send/receive activates:

Error ---------------
An unkown error (-50) occured
Explanation --------------
Could not retreive mail
user (e-mail address removed)

I have searched at the Microsoft support pages for troubleshooting
issues and found none that match this error. Has anyone had this
problem and/or can I get some help to determine what may be wrong.
One comment on the support page was that Hotmail has activates some
denial of account access to Entourage and that to receive access a
paid premium service must be purchased???

From the Error Page:

One user found this solution: Run "Remove Office", then run Repair
Permissions. Install from your CD and apply all updates. Restart and then
run Repair Permissions again.

This doesn't necessarily mean it's the only solution. Is your problem
related to Hotmail? Do you have one of the older 'free' Hotmail accounts?

Do you have this problem with other accounts?
