Entry Module

Hi Hope you can help me with this.

I have a client that is using an Out look 2000. When she
tries to add a contact to the contact list outlook gives
me a message that there is no contact Entry Module. Does
this mean there has been a problem with the instillation
of Outlook?

Any help would be great.

Well I've sure never seen it. What is the information store and how is she
trying to add the Contact? The term "Contacts list" makes me wonder what you
mean.
