Entry point error message

When I open outlook the message 'The procedure entry point GetIUMS could not
be located in dynamic link library MSDART.DLL.' appears and when I click OK
it reappears about 5 times before outlook will open, could anyone give me a
fix for this.
Any help would be much appreciated.
