Entry Point Not Found

I am getting the following error after intallation and it
comes up 6 times or so everytime I start outlook

Microsoft Office Outlook: OUTLOOK.EXE - Entry Point Not
Found

The procedure entry point GetIUMS could not be located in
the dynamic link library MSDART.DLL

How can I get this to stop showing up? It is VERY
frustrating.

Office 2003 on XP Professional on a Pentium 4 machine.
