Entry Point Not Found

I am getting the error:

"Outlook Today - Microsoft Outlook: OUTLOOK.EXE - Entry
Point Not Found"

"The procedure entry point _GetIUMS@4 could not be
located in the dynamic link library MSDART.DLL"

whenever I start Outlook 2002. It appears about 7 times
and then ends and all seems to work well. I've
reinstalled Office and Outlook but to no avail. Any Help?
