Entry Point not found

On startingOutlook XP, I am getting following multiple windows under Title
"CiceroUIWndFrame: OUTLOOK.EXE =Entry Point Not Found" -
"The procedure entry point GetIUMS could not be located in the dynamic link
library MSDART.DLL"

Have you recently updated MDAC on this machine? If not, you might want to
try updating that component (I think MSDART/MSDART32 is part of it)
