entry point not located - Visio won't start

I have windows XP Pro. 2002 and Visio Enterprise 2000, which I installed
after MS Office 97.

I get this error when attempting to run Visio.

The procedure entry point GBL could not be located in the dynamic link
library VISLIB32.dll

What is causing this, and how can I fix it?
