Enveleope/Labels feature does not work properly in 2003

I'm having some issue with the envelope/labels feature in word 2003. Whenever
i type any address in word and click on envelope/labels it doesnt show the
full address in labels. Suppose i have an address like this:

"Personal And Confidential

10983, 74ave
Edmonton,Ab,t1k0e5. "

If i clicke on envelope it will insert the whole address but if i click on
labels it just shows "Personal And Confidential". it doesnt insert the full
address into the address field. i've tried to rename normal.dot but that
didnt help. Could anyone help me with this.
