Enveleopes

I am having trouble with Microsoft. I can print documents just fine but when
I go to print an envelope it does print out the actual information that i
have inputed such as the name, address, city zip. It prints out gibberish.

I am not able to fix it. does any one know how.

Double check that the correct font is applied to the "label/envelope".
R-click in the "address area" and select Font.
