Hi,
I have Word 2003, and a somewhat elderly HP Deskjet 932C printer, all
on XP Pro SP3. The printer has a slot for envelopes, right side of
tray, and the envelope is inserted the long way in with face down,
flap on left.
The print envelop function shows this as the default for this printer,
with the address in the correct location. However, it actually prints
along the top, between the return address and where the stamp would
be. If I go into the options and manually select a position, which
moves toward the bottom of the envelope, it still prints in exactly
the same location at the top.
Any ideas, and might this be a driver problem?
