Envelop and File - File Label outline disappear

When creating (ex. Avery 5526)File Label, (using Word XP)
the usual gray outline is there but for some reason, when
opened on another computer, the gray outline is gone, I'm
left with a blank page. I can use tab key but it's not
simple trying to guess where I should type. How do I get
these oulines to appear again. Thank you.

On the Table menu, click Show Gridlines. This setting
applies to the current copy of Word, and is not saved in
the document, so you may have to change it on each
computer.
