Envelope Address Book Problem

When trying to access my address book in Word/Envelope-Label option I get the following error message: "Logon failed. You must Log on to Microsoft Exchange to access your address book. Error code: "Unspecified error"." What action must I take to be able to access my address book when making an envelope using Word?
