Envelope Address Location Changed

On one document only that has numerous addresses on it,
the outgoing address is printing in a radically different
location than before. I have to manually reset to "Auto"
location each time, and when I try to change the default,
it doesn't take. Have I created a new style or
template? How do I get rid of it?

The envelope address is positioned with the envelope address paragraph style
and its associated frame. Check the settings in your document, its template
and any other template you use for producing envelopes.
