When I create a letter in Word 2003 and I go to tools and then select
envelope and label and then click on the address book it show Outlook Address
Book or Contacts. I select Contacts and it shows me a list of my contacts
info. Unfortunately when I select a contact for the primary address box the
first line..Name Line...includes either a fax number or an e-mail address in
parenthesis.
Question. Is there a mapping function in Outlook that allows you to choose
the information that will be used in the Word Directory when selecting an
address for the envelope?????? I can;t find it
